The Easy IC Education Network is committed to providing a safe environment for all its employees, free from discrimination on any ground and from of harassment at work including sexual harassment.
The Easy IC Education Network will operate a zero tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment in the workplace, treat all incidents seriously and promptly investigate all allegations of sexual harassment.
Any person found to have sexually harassed another will face disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from employment. All complaints of sexual harassment will be taken seriously and treated with respect and in confidence.
Our testing products are designed for preparatory knowledge assessment only, and are not intended for licensure or any other high-stakes testing. Although we can prove statistically, that for over a decade, students who have used our testing products have scored highly on the NREMT cognitive exam, we make NO GUARANTEES to that end.
We DO NOT GUARANTEE that by using our testing products users will increase in subject matter knowledge, or succeed or improve on any subsequent test.
The Easy IC EMS Education Network (hereafter Easy IC), it’s officers and employees shall not be held liable to any person or entity for any delay, loss, lost profit, lost employment, promotion or business opportunities or any loss, damage to property, or inconvenience claim relating to, arising or resulting from the use of the website, the software products or processes of Easy IC regardless of any negligence, fault or wrongdoing by the end-user or Easy IC.
